Return and Exchange Procedure
- If you discover any issues with the product within 7 days of receiving it, please retain all packaging materials, including the original packaging and any related gifts.
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos of the product and your exchange request.
- Once we have confirmed that the product condition meets the return policy requirements, we will notify you of the status of your return request as soon as possible.
- After we have received the returned item, we will arrange the exchange within 7 working days. No refunds will be provided. *If we are unable to receive the item within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return and exchange.
- Customers should ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing an order online. Any costs incurred due to delayed pickup or third-party theft resulting from incorrect information provided will be the customer's responsibility.
The following conditions will make the product ineligible for exchange
- Minor damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the quality of the product itself.
- Requests for returns made more than 7 days after delivery or for products not included in the original order.
- Incomplete packaging: The complete packaging should include the product, the packaging bag, and the packaging box.
- Subjective reasons for return or exchange, such as color difference, difference in product aroma from expectation, or unappealing product packaging.
