Refund policy

Return and Exchange Procedure

  1. If you discover any issues with the product within 7 days of receiving it, please retain all packaging materials, including the original packaging and any related gifts.
  2. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide photos of the product and your exchange request.
  3. Once we have confirmed that the product condition meets the return policy requirements, we will notify you of the status of your return request as soon as possible.
  4. After we have received the returned item, we will arrange the exchange within 7 working days. No refunds will be provided. *If we are unable to receive the item within 7 days, we reserve the right to cancel the return and exchange.
  5. Customers should ensure that the recipient's name, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing an order online. Any costs incurred due to delayed pickup or third-party theft resulting from incorrect information provided will be the customer's responsibility.

The following conditions will make the product ineligible for exchange

  1. Minor damage to the outer packaging that does not affect the quality of the product itself.
  2. Requests for returns made more than 7 days after delivery or for products not included in the original order.
  3. Incomplete packaging: The complete packaging should include the product, the packaging bag, and the packaging box.
  4. Subjective reasons for return or exchange, such as color difference, difference in product aroma from expectation, or unappealing product packaging.
