Orders and Payments
Customers can directly shop at the Green Fermentation Lab without needing to set up an account.
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay
Once an order is confirmed, no changes, cancellations or refunds are accepted.
Each order can only be arranged for delivery to one address.

Member FAQs
You can simply click on the user icon at the top right of the Green Fermentation Lab website to register as a free member.
After becoming a member, you can enjoy point accumulation and a $20 welcome store credit.
Once you sign up for an account with GFL, you can earn 1 point for every $50 spent on purchases at the Green Fermentation Lab online store. The points you collect can be used as in-store credit (1 point - $1), providing you with a satisfying shopping experience.
You can use points on any orders over $150. There is no limit to how many points you can use at one time.
Please click on the "Login" button at the top right of the Green Fermentation Lab website, log in, and then click on the "Rewards" button (bottom right of your page) to check your points.
You can click on the "Forget Password" on the "Member Login" page, enter the email account you used to register, and you will receive an email to reset your password.
