Product Notice
Since we never use high-temperature pasteurization, every product contains a rich amount of natural, live probiotics. We recommend storing all fermented products in the refrigerator at 0°C – 4°C to slow down the activity of the probiotics and prevent over-fermentation.
Fermented products don’t have a fixed expiry date. However, since fermentation time affects flavor, we recommend enjoying them within 3–5 months for the best taste.

Yes. During fermentation, organic cane sugar is converted into ethanol (alcohol) by probiotics. This means all fermented drinks contain trace amounts of alcohol. Longer fermentation can slightly increase the alcohol content. For this reason, fermented drinks are not recommended for pregnant women or individuals sensitive to alcohol.
During fermentation, cane sugar is converted into carbon dioxide, which creates natural fine bubbles. The abundance of live probiotics also increases the liveliness of carbonation. Please open bottles carefully, as the natural fizz may overflow.
Yes. We use organic, pesticide-free tea leaves grown at high altitudes, all certified with internationally recognized standards.
No. Increased sourness is a natural result of extended fermentation, as live cultures continue breaking down sugars into ethanol and carbon dioxide. The taste becomes less sweet and more tangy, but it is still safe to drink.
Yes. Since our yogurt is unpasteurized and free from additives, it remains alive with probiotics. Continued fermentation can naturally produce bubbles. Simply stir with a plastic or wooden spoon before eating to reduce the fizz.
