The delivery service is limited to the Hong Kong region.
For areas outside of Hong Kong, please contact our customer service.
Shipping Fee
- Free shipping for purchases over $480.
- For purchases under $480, a flat shipping fee of $45 will be charged.
- For purchases over $180, you can choose to pick up at the Green Waffle Diner location.
Delivery Method
As all our fermentation products require refrigeration, we use SF Express Cold Chain Delivery Service to ensure the freshest products are delivered to our customers.
*Please provide the delivery address so we can arrange the door-to-door delivery.
Delivery Time
After order confirmation, items will be dispatched within 1-5 working days. Customers should indicate the preferred delivery date and time when placing the order, and we will schedule the delivery accordingly.
*All orders are subject to final confirmation based on product availability. If we are unable to provide any items in your order or need to change the delivery time, we will notify you by phone, message or email prior to dispatch.
